Nova Fabric began in 2014 when our founder, Jennifer Walsh, recognized a gap in the market for personalized business incorporation services. Having worked in corporate law for nearly a decade, she saw too many entrepreneurs struggle with confusing processes and impersonal service from traditional firms.
